ASR 10 vs. MPC 2000xl
Just hoping to get some feedback from you guys - What do you think of this trade :
MPC 2000xl fully loaded with eb16 expansion board and expanded memory (which doesn't really get used anymore since buying SP1200)
for ASR 10 'fully loaded'

Hi all,
I have the ASR-10 manual for the Keyboard, was just wondering if there is a separate manual for the rackmount, and if there is, could someone provide a link to the DL?
cheers

there both identical, therse no difference in the two, except for cosmetically. if you know how to use on the other is the same. just read that manual you got it will work. _________________ loopwhole.net

Can you deal with the ASR10's sequencer?
Its a bit uncomfortable to work with.

I liked the way the asr seq worked with the tracks/keygroups. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of swing but that can be done without quantize too.

Actually - only used the ASR for about 30 mins till it 'blew up' on me after the swap - I'm saving up to have a technician look at it - tried repacling fuses but didn't help. Oh well - that's the risk that you take when you swap gear. _________________ parrallel with the funky hair extensions....

Word .... gott get my act together. At the moment it's just a big heavy arsed dust collector sitting behind the door out of sight.
At least I'm not missing the 2000xl.... and I've got this to look forward to when I get it running (hopefully) _________________ parrallel with the funky hair extensions....
