"note-repeat" ?  Reply with quote

HI i got this old sp-12 turbo and havent even tried it yet (needs servicing first, transport buttons wont work)
But i had this up front question, I saw BeatKingz with pete rock in it, and he was hitting some knob on the sp1200 which repeated 1 note while the sp stayed in sync with the groove/timing while playing some aequence. Can I do this with my sp12 as well?

Yes.  And if you've never used it before, it'll probably take you a minute to figure out.

Good luck.

it's probably just dirty, you have to take the cap off the button and clean the grime off.

I guess it feels "powdered" meaning it don't feel like glass, but more like your underwear.
