S950 SINE WAVE BASSLINE   Reply with quote

Hello !

I heard that it was possible to use the bass tone of the s950 as a Sine wave bass without inserting a floppy disk inside the S950.

I understand the process but how is it possible to save this sine wav bass knowing that there is no floppy disk inside? , knowing that i want to put this bass in a programm with others samples.. (i have got a SP1200 + S050 combo)

Could you help me?

Best regards,

Sine tone in the akai is just a sine tone.  What gives it character is the D-A happening at the output stage as well as assignment and filter settings.  I don't think it's possible to save it to another program.  If I'm not wrong, that program lives on the OS ROM.
