quick Q about more sampling time  Reply with quote

yo guys, i was just wondering if its possible to get more sampling time by hittin
set-up/special/init DK-tune up to 31 before you record it-not to mention having it at 45 rpm n stuff.    i would try it myself but i'm going to bed   PEACE

To my knowledge, it doesn't work like that. The DK/tune only affects the sample once in the machine.

I'd try using 78rpm if your deck has that, or depending on how much of a purist you are, record into your computer and shift up there.

You could shift up an octave in the CPU then shift back down (12st) on the SP, then you would still have another 4st you could lower the sample on the SP.
