Some side notes in reference to this information:

Not all [1/64] quant values are available with the SP T/C resolution.
Use either [1/32T] or HiRes if possible..otherwise transfer the T/C number
values to any software or sampler with 96PPQN that allows 1/64 T/C or
quantizing.

As HiRes is based on [1/64T] (24 total increments per 'BEAT') any value
1-24 can be a [1/64T] STEP or increment. [1/64T] only appears on this
chart where it is the only available value for that specific STEP or T/C
value.
