Sample monitoring distortion SP1200I know Im not going crazy. When I first purchased my SP some years ago I was able to monitor my input or monitor my incoming signal which I was about to sample with no problem. Years later after not using my SP I decided to take it out of my case and turned it on again and make some beats. To my surprise when I tried monitoring my signal path through the SP I noticed a very distorted inaudible noise. It samples fine with no distortion I'm happy to add but has anyone ever had a unit perform like mine. Some say its normal for the SP to distort while monitoring, I say no way. Any suggestions?
