Sample Bank QuestionI understand that you have 4 banks at 2.5 seconds each. My question is:
If you sample a 1.0 second kick in bank 1A and you assign the 1 sec.
sample to a pad, can you utilize the 1.5 seconds that's still left
over in bank 1A and send it to another pad?????? Thus using the full 2.5.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!

you have ten seconds of sampling time. the most you can sample to one pad is 2.5 seconds. if you could only sample 4 times you wouldnt need all them pads n banks.

I stated---4 sample banks at 2.5 seconds each. 4x2.5=10 I'm aware of that. MY QUESTION IS................... can you divide the 2.5 in each bank for VARIOUS SAMPLES?
For example---- 1 second drum........there is 1.5 seconds left in the bank. CAN YOU USE THE REST OF THE 1.5 seconds for another sample or do you have to use another BANK--that contains 2.5 seconds??????????????????????????????

You can use what is left (for example 1.5 secs) on any bank you want.
