hi all, i'm so happy to have an account on this beutiful forum! i've waited many months for my activation i first registered me here the last summer and i've do again the registration because something go wrong and i can't connect to the forum (but maybe i've not understand well ho to register... don't know) anyway... the forum is really interesting and i've readed many posts. good work guys! i write this for my men in Italy that are searching for a place where to send the SPs and other audio equipments
recently i've tried to clean the start/stop button on my sp1200 but accidentally i broke the button and i was so desperate!!! aaarghhh!
i've read in a post that i can take the button out of the SP but i pulled too much and the button goes entirely away from the board!
i live in Italy and i've supposed i had to send my sp in england (because i know that there is a place there to repair the sp, i've readed in this forum).
so i've made a little search on the net for some place in Italy where to send my sp1200 for replacing the button, and i've found that in Loreto (near Ancona) there is a place called Masterservice (http://www.masterservice.tk/). i've send my sp (the guys sended me an express courier directly to my housefor a few euros!) and in a week i've got my sp1200 perfectly repaired fully revisioned in a well done package. the guys at masterservice also repair other brands of audio equipment (not only Emu) you can control the state of your repair in the website and get answers to your questions regarding your machine.< the guys are really professional! the price of my repair was affordable and i'm fully satisfied with the service.
