no sound...

well i was trying to check my outputs and i had a kick drum that assinged perfectly to 8,7,6,5 but when i tried to asign it to 4,3,2,1 no sound...i was serching on the forum and saw a diagnostic test...right after i tested the buttons it went to a screen with 000 005 000 000
000 010 000 000 or somthing like that .. thats how mine looked, then i saw a test that said PASS and that wasSLOW i got to about 17 and then i turned it off... can anyone tell me how to get my sounds back on 1-4 ...or am i just fucked? please let me know,....oh yah on another test it said 800 and from what i read i guess thats where it supposed to be.

i had sounds come out of it before. and its been a minute since i booted it but im kind of bummed because im ready to track a old beat and the damn sounds aint coming out of the outputs....anyone>?

try to reseat the chips for the filters on the specific outs.

you are using the individual outputs to a board? or you are checking by the master out? if the output has a cable in it no sound comes out of the master out for that channel.

way...it worked thanks fellas...i opened the sp and pushed on some chips and kablamo 3 and 4 work! but i can hear 1 and 2 but it sounds way muffled...can any of you jedi tell me what chip am i supposed to push for 1 and 2

Are you sure that's not just the filter you are hearing on 1&2? How are you routing the outputs? Using the mix out will play the sample through the filters. Likewise if you have a 1/4" halfway inserted into the individual outs.
