I have the sp1200 and the s950
Do you guys take the 8 outs from the s950 only?
or do you also use the 8 outs from sp?

It just seems wierd to me not using the sp for anything other than sequencing the s950 sounds. How do you guys have it setup?
Do you use the sp for drums and then the s950 for everything else?

I personally use the SP for drums and 950 for all other samples. I use the outs accordingly. I always use the number of drums to outs on my sp. For example, if i have a snare kick and hat, Ill assign them to outs 1, 2, 3. I have a non-filtered sp, so you may do this different depending on what you wanna do. Im pretty sure this is how most people with a DAW use the outs, correct me if im wrong.
