I had one of these for awhile. It sounded pretty good, but not as good as an sp to me. The OS is horrible and it crashed frequently. I sent mine to Wine Country for a revamp, but it still wasn't so hot. Except for the novelty, I'd stay away. The sound is kinda like an EPS, it was gritty but not instantly recognizable. The foam pads suck too. Mine had scsi, but I never used it. It was pretty much unbearable to make beats on this thing.
I also had a pair of Linn 9000s with all of the Forat upgrades between them. Same deal, it was a pain to use and just a little too old.
