Got my SP1200 todayNice- I finally got my SP today
ONe quick question - When I'm in the sample mode and the turntable is playing - IT's VERY distorted (and low) but when it has been sampled it's fine (a bit distorted) - Is there a way i can fix this? Also - when I push the plug of my headphones all the way into the mix plug - the sound dissappears - when i pull it out slightly there's mono, and a bit more stereo. |

The distortion while sampling is just something you gotta live with.
Like you say, it doesn't affect the sample.

2000 xl sounds like garbage compared to a sp enjoy your new pads, or buttons i should say |

i've never actually heard an mpc past the 60 or any other sampler bar the 303. is there a site about that comares them, ideally with soundfiles? | ||

same concept tho, except that the 1000 sounds even more like ass then the 2000 xl
just be happy you got that sp man, me and dface have done alot of tests on drum kits and what not between many different samplers, and nothin hits like that sp does |
