EIII sequencer

Roukez, i think you could be in a position to answer this, but is anyone else?

How does the sequencer on the EIII compare to the one on the SP1200. Is it as easy to use and does it operate in a similar fashion?

Looking at all the studios looks like DFACE DXA got the knowledge too.

i dont know about the eiii sequecer. the one in the emax isnt even a sequencer, its called a scratchpad sequencer. ha. all i know is it has 16 tracks.

ok cool, i thought the keys under your monitor was an EIII. Scratchpad sequencer doesn't sound all that great.

DFACE DXA

no thats an emax1
the eiii is bigger.
the eiii manual will explain the functions of the sequencer

the sequencer looks pretty in depth it has quantize with skew percentage which is like swing. it has step edit with vel information, which would be so key on the sp. it has 16 tracks which are also marked in the step edit. since its a keyboard it also has all the midi notes instead of scattered notes from 35-67. you can bousne midi info from one track to another to help you if you have a problem wiht using 16 sequencer tracks. you can edit notes wiht the auto correct after you laid them down. look into the manual to see the rest of the functions... looks like its on a diff level than the sp sequencer.

in keyboard magazine they review the sequencer
