backlight sp12 defective contacthello,
when I hit on the case of my sp12 the backlight runs. but after a moment it get off. can nayone help me how i can repair it.

have you opened it up, maybe it's just a bad solder joint.

i hope it, but i don't find it. i push on the cables and the lcd, but notheing happens. only sometimes, when I hit on the case the light go on.

Thats gotta be annoying, if you can afford it just take it to a neighborhood repair shop it should be an easy fix.

I had a 950 that would act the same way. a lil bangin and it came on. problrm was the inverter. not a connection prob. I don't know if this applies in your case. maybe someone more familiar with swappin or fixin sp backlightgs would know.

thx, it was the inverter. it was not defect, I must only fix it. my backlight runs

yea i remember that 950, since its in my room and still does it!
