Help - Using US spec SP12 in UK?  Reply with quote

Would I have to just change the fuse at the back of the sp and flick the volatge switch to 220v to be able to use it on uk power? Or can this be risky for the psu if theres any surges from the mains? Is there anything else that needs to be changed to be able to use it on uk power?

Or is it better to just use it with a stepdown transformer? i dont wanna risk blowin up the psu or sumthin.  Shocked

appreciate any help.

Terry.

You don't have to do anything. SPs are usable worldwide, power supply supports 115V/230V. Check http://sp1200.myfastforum.org/ftopic198-0-asc-0.php
