Chopping
I was hoping you guys could help me with this...
I've sampled a drum loop into the asr - I then went ahead and copied the drum loop wavesample (parameters only) 4 times. Then I've set the appropriate starting and end point for each copy and the keyrange...
Now I wanna save some space, so I don't want to have the entire drum loop in memory - I only want the parts that i've chopped - is there a way to do this?
like seperating the chops from the main wavesample or something - I hope you guys understand what I'm saying.
I couldn't seem to find anything in the manual about this - to tell you the truth I didn't know what to look for in the manual...

You just need to truncate the samples. I don't have an ASR anymore but I think it's in the EDIT>WAVE menu.

Yeah but I don't think that will work - because I only copied the parameters of the original sample. so the chops is actually references to the original sample... so i need the asr to chop the original sample based on my start and end points of each chop.
